Can I add to my order after it has already been placed?
Because our processes are completely automated, and we ship your order out the same day you place it, if placed before 12:00 PM Central Standard Time, once we receive your payment, we simply cannot add, subtract, or change your order unfortunately. However, if you do call or email us before your order ships out, we can cancel and refund your order before it ships out and then you can place a new order for the desired product(s).
Does Budget Golf have a layaway program or can my order be shipped at a later date?
Unfortunately, due to limited space in our warehouse, we are unable to hold or layaway items for customers for later date shipments.
How can I find my order status?
At the top of any Budget Golf page, click on the order status tab (between Returns and Help). You will be prompted to input your order number and zip code/postal code. Once both have been entered click the submit button. Your order number, order status, and a tracking number will appear. You can then click on your tracking number(s) and it will provide you with an estimated shipping arrival date.
How do I use my tracking number?
There are two ways in which you can track your package via the tracking number provided.
1. Enter your complete tracking number into any internet browser (Google, Yahoo!, Bing, etc.) and press enter. It will give you a link to click on which will take you to the shipper’s website with a status.
2. You can also click on the tracking number from your completed invoice and that will bring up your tracking status and up to date estimated delivery date.
