How do I return items?

Returns are very simple with Budget Golf. As long as you are within the policy of 30 days, and the product(s) are new and unused, you can follow the link below to our website to print of a FedEx Return Label:

If you would like a return label, then click on the red button on that page and fill out the information on the Budget Golf Returns Portal. Using that label will remove a fee of $9.99 from your return price. If you choose not to use our shipping service for returns, we can accept shipments via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We recommend that you insure the item(s) when shipping. Use the attached form here to finish that process of your own shipping.


After you have sent the package back to us we will process your refund or issue you a Budget Golf gift certificate for that return within 24 to 72 business hours of the package hitting our doors.

How do I exchange items?

Budget Golf does not exchange items on site because our inventory changes daily. If you would like to get another product instead of what you received, then please place a new order on the website and follow the link below to the returns page to get your other item sent back to us and refunded for that original order.

How long does it take to get refunded for my returned item(s)?

Once your returned product(s) are received in our warehouse, a refund is processed within 24-72 business hours. If you are getting a Budget Golf gift certificate, you will be emailed a gift certificate number immediately when the return is processed. If you paid via PayPal, the refund is instantly put back into your PayPal account. If you paid via credit card, the refund will be processed right away, but it will take 3-5 business days to actually post back into your account.

    I received excellent customer service Left a message and they called me within the hour. I had to make returns and they took the time to go over my order and they did a great job as far as I know they are very easy to work with.

    Was sent the wrong head over with a womens cobra f max club  I orderd and  it does'nt fit or match the other clubs I ordered from them.I have sent several emails and they just give me the run around• also  asked to send pictures which I did.

    Because of covid you can not call and talk to anyone.

    I returned 2 pair of shoes to exchange but they don't do that. For order number 1430113 but was told we'll  refund when we get to it. Poor customer service .

    I feel I should pay nothing - order invoice: 1371415 - two pairs of oxfords - one pair has  a serious defect - the sole is already coming apart where the leather meets the rubber.  I would expect either a full refund minus nothing or a replacement pair that costs me nothing since I ordered the correct size, etc but there is a defect.  I can provide pictures if needed.  I'm about to call budget golf now.
