Does Budget Golf accept trade-ins?


We do not accept trade-ins as credit against your order, nor will we accept any returns on items that are not in new, unused condition.


How do I alter items in my shopping cart?


To change the quantities of items in your shopping cart, click on the quantity in the box and type the amount you would like of that item, and then click on update item.

To delete an item, click on X Delete Item and this will remove the item from your shopping cart, or if you click the X Clear Cart at the bottom of the page, that will remove all items from your cart.

 If you desire a different option for your selected product(s) (size, shaft flex, loft, etc.) go to that item in your shopping cart and select the edit options link. That will bring up the original drop down availability for that particular product. Once you have selected your desired option click update and the product will be changed.


If I place an item in my shopping cart, is my order held for me?


Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not secure that inventory until you submit a payment and finalize the ordering process. As our stock is always changing, we recommend that you complete your order as soon as possible to ensure that you receive the desired item(s).


What warranties are offered on Budget Golf products?


All products carry a full manufacturer's warranty. Should you have a problem within the manufacturer's warranty period, Budget Golf will do everything possible to assist you in taking care of your particular situation.

Defective merchandise will be either repaired or replaced depending on the nature of the problem. We will have to send the defective product back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement and that process can take up to 3-4 weeks to complete. Please send an email to info@budgetgolf.com and make attention to the returns department. Please attach photos of the damage if you kindly could to help expedite that process.


Where can I find information on the sizing of your items?


Most of our apparel products having sizing charts attached to their listings. Under the image of the item(s) you will find tabs labeled Product Detail, Size Chart, and Send to a Friend. Click on the size chart and you can educate yourself on what size would work best for you.

Note: The Size Charts we list are provided directly from the manufacturer.


Why do I have to add an item to my cart to see the price?


There are certain items that we advertise on our website as add to cart for price. When we are offering a product below the minimum advertised price (MAP) the manufacturer may not allow that price to be shown until you add the product to the cart or call us for that price. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will continue to get you the lowest prices we possibly can.
